180 GSM · 60% RECYCLED PET · 40% UPCYCLED COTTON · YARN-DYED
Sustainable round-neck tee in 180 GSM fabric: 60 percent recycled PET from plastic bottles and 40 percent upcycled cotton. Yarn-dyed diamond-quality yarn, knit on Terrot, Germany. DTF or screen print. For standard cotton, see our regular round-neck.
How we print this
Why DTF?
Ink printed on film, heat-pressed onto the fabric. Crisp edges on logos, small text, and left-chest prints. Works on cotton, poly-cotton, and polyester.
Why Screen?
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, cured into the weave. Built for flat solid colours and big runs. 20 pieces per colour minimum. Also available as Puff (raised texture), HD (fine detail), or Glitter (shimmer). Screen print variants. WhatsApp us for specs.
Why Vinyl Foil?
Metallic vinyl heat-pressed onto the fabric. Available in Gold or Silver. Real metallic foil, not gold-coloured ink. Best on names, numbers, and wordmarks. Works on cotton tees, hoodies, and caps.

The round-neck where the fabric is the product. 60 percent recycled PET spun from plastic bottles, 40 percent upcycled cotton, knit together on a Terrot machine in Germany. Want standard cotton instead? Our Pure Cotton Round Neck is the regular cotton sibling.
When the fabric story is part of the product. For a beach cleanup batch, an eco-club order, a brand whose pitch runs through its materials. When yarn-dyed colour matters because the tee gets washed hard.
Want standard cotton instead? Pure Cotton Round Neck. Want pure cotton in a larger cut? Plus-Sized Round Neck. Want the heavier weight? 220 GSM Round Neck.
Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished piece, and between batches. That's how real fabric and real dye behave.

Close, not exact. The same colour looks different on screen, in ink, and on fabric. DTG and DTF: close match on most colours. The ink bonds into the fibre so small shifts are normal. Screen Print: closest match to a Pantone target, but not an exact hit. Good for most brand colours. If colour is critical: email work@yourdesignstore.in before you order and we will produce a sample piece.
No. All our apparel is pre-washed, so it does not shrink further in the wash. Order your usual size and it stays that size.
Not on most tees. DTG, DTF, and Screen Print work across the range. For a stitched logo, our Pure Cotton Varsity Jacket was built for embroidery. Collared tees and polos support chest embroidery. See the individual listing for specifics.
Go with your usual size. Most of our tees are regular fit. Oversized tees run wider and longer; check each listing for the cut. Our cotton is pre-washed so it stays that size. For team runs, order one of each size first if you are between sizes.
DTG and DTF hold 40-50 washes with the design clean. Screen Print lasts longer, especially on solid colours. Wash cold, inside out, to extend the life of any print.
PET plastic bottles are cleaned, broken into flakes, and re-extruded into polyester yarn. 60 percent of this fabric is that yarn. The remaining 40 percent is upcycled cotton, which is cotton fibre recovered from textile waste. The result is a 100 percent recycled/upcycled fabric.
DTG ink is water-based and bonds to cotton. It does not bond the same way to recycled PET yarn. DTF and screen print do not need the cotton bond, which is why those two methods are the right call on this fabric.
Closer to cotton in the hand. The recycled PET is spun and knit differently to standard polyester. Softer, less slippery. The 40 percent upcycled cotton is what pushes the hand feel the rest of the way. It is not identical to a 100 percent cotton tee, but it is not a sports jersey either.
Made for every occasion
The tee you print for yourself because the fabric matches the thing you were going to say on it. Recycled PET and upcycled cotton. One tee, one line on the chest, worn without preamble.
For the friend who stopped buying fast fashion two years ago, the sister starting a zero-waste cafe, the partner whose birthday present is overdue. One tee, one stitched name, a gift that reads true.
For the twelve volunteers at the Saturday beach cleanup, the studio printing matching tops for a farmers market stall, the school eco-club collecting for their annual tree drive. Same blend, every size.
A 180 GSM recycled-blend round neck for the label whose first line has something to say about where cotton comes from. Knitted on Terrot machines. The blank carries the story, your name the rest.
